Pricing & GST Policy

All prices mentioned on the website are basic prices only. GST is extra, as applicable.

Prices shown do not include:

• Transportation charges
• Loading & unloading charges
• Insurance or transit charges
• Damage during transportation

Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation or billing.

Market Price Fluctuation Clause

All product prices are subject to market conditions and may increase or decrease due to:

• Manufacturer price revisions
• Availability of stock

Product Images & Description Disclaimer

Transportation, Loading, Unloading & Damage Policy

• Transportation is handled through third-party transporters.
• Transport risk is entirely on buyer's account.
• Loading & unloading are the buyer's responsibility, unless agreed in writing.
• Any damage during transit is not the responsibility of SM Hardware Stores.
• Claims, if any, must be raised directly with the transporter.

Warranty Policy

• Warranty, if applicable, is provided by the manufacturer only.
• SM Industries Stores does not provide direct warranty.
• Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer's policy.

Warranty does not cover:

• Wear & tear
• Mishandling or misuse
• Electrical fluctuations
• Improper installation or operation

Customized & Made-to-Order Products Policy

Customized products and order-based manufactured items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Once manufacturing has started, cancellation is not allowed.
• Customers must confirm size, specification, and quantity before order confirmation.

Return & Refund Policy

No return or refund will be accepted for:

• Customized products
• Made-to-order manufactured items
• Used, installed, or dispatched material

Refunds, if approved in exceptional cases, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to Aurangabad (Sambhaji Nagar), Maharashtra jurisdiction only.
